These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the gr444 platform and all of its services. By accessing or registering on this website, you are considered to have accepted all of the terms set out below. 2.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are currently accepted for depositing funds at gr444: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (applicable to all methods).
• Deposits are only accepted from an account held in the registered owner's name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted.

2.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

2.3 Transaction Information

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at gr444 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳6,000 and the bonus is capped at ৳5,000 → total balance ৳11,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

3.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus applies once per account only.
• gr444 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.
• If a bonus is obtained through fraudulent means, the account will be closed.
• Each promotion may have its own specific terms — these will be detailed on the promotion page.

gr444 runs a four-tier VIP program for its regular and loyal users. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Users can move up to a higher tier through regular play and loyalty to the platform. gr444 reserves the right to modify VIP tier benefits.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gr444 platform:

• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Strategic betting intended to exploit the bonus system (for example: bonus hunting).
• Attempting to artificially obtain bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated methods.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Any attempt to damage or compromise the platform's systems.
• Any attempt to harass, defraud, or harm other users.

If a user is found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities above, gr444 reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit any associated winnings.

6.1 Bet Outcomes

All betting and gaming outcomes at gr444 are determined through a fair and transparent process. Slot games use a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play. Live casino games are played directly with real dealers.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits apply across various games and markets. These limits will be stated on the relevant game page. gr444 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers markets for cricket, football, kabaddi, and more. Bets can be placed on BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and other international tournaments. If a match is cancelled or postponed, gr444's own betting rules will apply.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a technical fault affects the outcome of a game or bet, gr444 reserves the right to void that bet and return the staked amount.
